1How much does delivery cost?

FREE!!! There is no delivery or pickup cost within Auckland Central. Surrounding areas will attract a small delivery fee (based on an average of $1.86 per km from the LeafBox head office). Please call us if your area is not listed and we’ll work something out.

2Do you cater to areas outside of the Auckland region?

Yes we can. Drop us an Email or call us and we can work something out.

3Can I label the boxes?

Yes, you sure can. Each moving package comes with adhesive labels that you can stick on allocated areas on the box.

4Do I need to remove the labels after I have unpacked?

Yes, please remove the labels from the boxes after you have unpacked and we will collect the boxes accordingly.

5Can I return the boxes earlier?

Yes, however there will be no refund for early returns.

6Can I extend my hire period?

Not a problem! Drop us an Email or give us a call and we can arrange a new pickup date for you. Please allow at least 48 hours to notify us of any changes.

7Is Leafbox a moving company?

We are not a moving company but we hire reusable, plastic, eco-friendly moving boxes to make your move easier, faster, cleaner and greener. And since the boxes are very easy to pack, stack and roll, you will save time and money when hiring a moving company to do your move for you.

8I need more Boxes!

You can order another bundle or alternatively, give us a call if it is of a lesser volume than the bundles.

9Can I collect the boxes myself?

Unfortunately, you can’t. In order to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you, we do not have a manned warehouse. Put your feet up and let us do the driving.

10When will I receive my order?

We are currently providing pick ups and deliveries from Monday to Sunday. Please order your boxes at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure smooth delivery and avoid unnecessary disappointment. We will advise you in 24 hours if the time and day you chose is unavailable. If you require an urgent/specific pick up and delivery day please call or email us and we will discuss different options for you.

11How can I pay?

You can pay online during the ordering process or we accept cash on delivery.

12What if I lose or damage a box or dolly?

Our boxes are very sturdy and rugged, but lost or broken boxes will incur a replacement fee of $50.00+GST for each box and dolly replacement fee is $150+GST for each dolly.

13Do I need to clean the boxes after use?

Yes, please return our boxes in good usable and clean condition with labels removed (reasonable wear and tear is accepted) If it requires a complete wash down and a thorough scrub then there will be a $5.00 cleaning fee per box.

14Do I need to be at home for the delivery?

Not necessarily, as long as there is a SAFE place to leave the delivery would be fine. It is best that someone receives the boxes as you will assume full responsibility of the boxes once delivered.
